SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION No. 6

STATE OF NEW JERSEY

      The Assembly Commerce and Military and Veterans' Affairs Committee reports favorably Senate Joint Resolution No. 6.

      This joint resolution designates that portion of Interstate Highway Route 95 in Mercer County under the jurisdiction of the New Jersey Department of Transportation as the "AMVETS Memorial Highway" in memory of those members of the Armed Forces who have served in World War II and subsequent conflicts. The bill authorizes the Commissioner of Transportation to erect appropriate signs bearing that name.
