      The Senate Natural Resources and Economic Development Committee favorably reports Senate Resolution No. 19.

      This resolution honors the historic occasion of the 26th anniversary of Earth Day on April 22, 1996, and calls on all citizens of New Jersey to celebrate the environmental achievements of the past and to rededicate their energies to fulfilling the dream of a clean and safe environment for the present and all future generations.
