      The Senate State Government Committee reports favorably a Senate Committee Substitute for Senate Resolution, Nos. 21 and 37.

      This resolution commemorates the 3,000th anniversary of the City of Jerusalem as the eternal capital of the Jewish nation and joins with the people of Jerusalem in celebrating the city's Trimillennium.
