ASSEMBLY, No. 5232

with Assembly Floor Amendments

ADOPTED: DECEMBER 20, 2021

      These Assembly amendments require the staff diversity ambassador to report directly to the president of the institution of higher education at which the ambassador is employed.  The amendments further require the president of the institution of higher education to deliver an annual written report on the implementation of the diversity strategic plan, which will be prepared by the staff diversity ambassador or ambassadors, to the governing board of the institution.
