      The Assembly Homeland Security and State Preparedness Committee reports favorably Assembly Bill No. 5302.

      As reported by the Assembly Homeland Security and State Preparedness committee, Assembly Bill No. 5302 requires the Director of the State Office of Emergency Management to designate an emergency response liaison for people with special needs who will coordinate and oversee emergency responses for people with special needs.
