      The Assembly Budget Committee reports favorably Assembly Bill No. 5766.

     This bill appropriates $5,000,000 to the New Jersey Pediatric Cancer Fund established pursuant to another bill pending in the current session, Senate Bill No. 1431 or Assembly Bill No. 3800 of the 2020-2021, for pediatric cancer research projects.

      As reported by the committee, Assembly Bill No. 5766 is identical to Senate Bill No. 3724 (1R), which was also reported by the committee on this date.

FISCAL IMPACT:

      This bill is not certified as requiting a fiscal note.
