An Act concerning the effective date of a new law on certain State contracts for social services and amending P.L.2021, c.1.
Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:
1. Section 5 of P.L.2021, c.1 is amended to read as follows:
5. This act shall take effect immediately and shall apply to all contracts entered into or renewed with an effective date after June 30, 2021. Section 3 of this act shall expire on the 366th day following the end of the public health emergency declared by the Governor in Executive Order No. 103 of 2020 and as extended.
2. This act shall take effect immediately.
