      The Assembly Transportation and Independent Authorities Committee reports favorably Assembly Bill No. 3004.

      As reported, this bill provides that the provisions of P.L.2018, c.165, which clarifies provisions of the “Predatory Towing Prevention Act,” are retroactive to October 18, 2008.

      As reported, Senate Bill No. 3004 is identical to Assembly Bill No. 4947, which was also reported by the committee on this date.
