      The Assembly Transportation and Independent Authorities Committee reports favorably Senate Bill No. 3342.

      As reported, this bill makes an appropriation of $90,000 to the Essex County Chapter of the A. Philip Randolph Institute for the purpose of erecting a statue in honor of A. Philip Randolph to be located at Newark Penn Station.

     As reported, Senate Bill No. 3342 is identical to Assembly Bill No. 5463, which was also reported by the committee on this date.
