Assembly Higher Education
A101 Provides tax credits to companies contributing to loan and loan redemption program for residents who attend institutions of higher education in State and work at such company upon graduation.
A107 "Madison Holleran Proper Reporting Act"; requires institutions of higher education to post information on student suicides and attempted suicides on website.
A230 Allows gross income tax deductions for contributions by certain taxpayers to New Jersey Better Educational Savings Trust (NJBEST) Program and provides a State match for contributions to NJBEST accounts for families meeting certain income guidelines.
A235 Establishes a gross income tax credit for attendance at New Jersey county colleges.
