Due to the public health emergency, the hearing will be conducted remotely without the possibility of in-person attendance. Committee members, invitees, and staff will participate from remote locations using video conference technology. The Committee will take testimony from invited guests concerning the compliance of Medicaid Managed Care Organizations with NJ's regulations, guidance, and policy when issuing determinations of coverage.  The Committee will take oral testimony by telephone and video. Invited guests will be sent instructions in advance of the meeting.
